Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) offer a wide spectrum of services that can assist your employees so they are more focused on their work.  Offering an EAP to your employees can assist them with Mental Health related issues with some limited counseling each year.  EAP’s also offer help to employees needing assistance with family issues, financial issues and work issues.  This is done in a confidential way so that the employee can feel comfortable using the service.
